We're doing it again: we are throwing a party in the beautiful, large exhibition hall at Kunstnernes Hus. The world's best dance floor! This time we are collecting money for #HusetVårt with help and love from friends and the entire artist community.
Practical information
- Drinks can be bought at the bar that we set up in the exhibition halls - no BYOB.
- There will be a wardrobe.
- The party lasts from 8 pm-3 am.
- There will be an exquisite line-up of DJs, playing with an amazing sound thanks to our friends at NNNN.
- Tickets are on sale from now! You can choose how much you want to pay. All proceeds go directly to support the house - every kronor helps. If you can't afford any of our tickets, we want you here anyway.
Come and dance with us!

#HusetVårt
In 2030, Kunstnernes Hus will be 100 years old. Close to the birthday celebration, the building is in a very bad state: it gets down to 5 degrees in the skylight halls in winter, it rains into the studios at the back and our beautiful terrace is sinking. Support from the state and municipality does not cover the annual operating costs, which has meant that necessary maintenance projects have not been possible. The cost of the entire rehabilitation of the house is NOK 115 million. Kunstnernes Hus is on the city antiquary's yellow list, which means that the original materials and expression must be preserved - which is expensive.
With #HusetVårt (#OurHouse), we have launched a campaign for everyone who is fond of Kunstnernes Hus. Together with contributions from established public and private supporters, we want to secure the house for the future!
Thanks to Alcro who supports the party with wall paint for the exhibition halls.
The rehabilitation will be carried out by the architects at Atelier Oslo. Thank you to Sparebankstiftelsen DNB, which has contributed with NOK 40 million to the rehabilitation.
