Venue hire
Kunstnernes Hus is a unique meeting place located in the centre of Oslo, right by the Palace Park. Here, iconic architecture meets contemporary expressions of art and culture. Our premises are ideal for everything from lectures, seminars, cinema screenings and book launches to meetings and gatherings. Hiring a venue gives you free admission to our exhibitions that day.

Cinema - 85 guests
The auditorium (113 m2) is perfect for seminars, meetings, lectures and high-quality film screenings. It is also possible to live stream an event. The room was completed in November 2016 and designed by Atelier Oslo, the architects behind the new Deichman main library in Bjørvika. This is an excellent multipurpose room boasting a fully fledged cinema with 4K projector (with zoom lens) and surround sound.
