All the spaces on the ground floor and in the exhibition halls are accessible for wheelchairs. The wheelchair entrance is located at the back of the building by the elevator, where there is a buzzer.

Kunstnernes Hus Cinema has space for a wheelchair in front of the first seat row. Tickets may be purchased on our ticketing website. After purchasing a ticket, please contact post@kunstnerneshus.no so we can save a spot. Those accompanying visitors in wheelchairs get free entrance into the exhibition and the cinema.

Yes, you may take a stroller into the exhibition halls. The elevator entrance is located at the back of the building from where you can notify the receptionist.

Yes, there are bicycle stands in front of Kunstnernes Hus.

In case of special needs, the parking spaces at the rear of Kunstnernes Hus are at your disposal. Please contact reception on arrival to retrieve a parking ticket.

Only guide dogs are allowed at Kunstnernes Hus.

Our premises are ideal for everything from lectures, seminars, cinema screenings and book launches to meetings and gatherings. We also have rooms for smaller meetings and workshops.

At Kunstnernes Hus we generally only have curated exhibitions. If you wish to submit your work, you can apply to the Annual Autumn Exhibition organized by Norske Billedkunstnere.
