Lonely Mountain

Lonely Mountain is an experiment in creating a public exhibition within a short timeframe and with intentionally limited resources. Over the course of one week, students from the Academy of Fine Art at KHiO will come together to transform constraints into assets, approaching limitation not as lack, but as abundance in disguise. Rather than beginning from a place of deficit, they will explore what they already are and what they already have. The process will unfold through a gamified series of self-imposed rules, developed collaboratively as the days progress.
The exhibition is part of KHiO QuARTerly a public program at Akademirommet at Kunstnernes Hus hosted by the three visual departments at Oslo National Academy of Arts (KHiO) — Art & Craft, Design and the Academy of Fine Art.
