In connection with the graduation exhibition Free Education for All, we have invited a panel consisting of Thora Dolven Balke, Patricia Carolina, Selma Brateberg and Ruben Steinum to open up a conversation about how the new tuition fees for students outside the EU affect Norway's art scene.

Art thrives under plurality. If the government does not change its mind, what can we in the art community do going forward? We invite all interested parties to come and discuss.
