Jeremy Deller is the third artist out in our new filmscreening series entitled SILVER SERIES, where international artists who work with film and video are presented in the form of mini-retrospectives. The Turner Prize-winning artist was Britain's representative at the Venice Biennale in 2013, and is behind a number of prestigious public missions. The films to be shown at Kunstnernes Hus range from 2001 to 2018 and are characterised by the artist's unique ability to merge past and present, facts and fiction, through the compilation of images, stories, objects and music.

Deller was present at the opening, and held a conversation with author and critic Rob Young prior to the screenings of English Magic (2013) and Everybody In The Place, An Incomplete History of Britain 1984-1992 (2018).
