Flag exhibition: Sverre Gullesen
22.08.20 – 31.12.20

Norwegian artist Sverre Gullesen has been invited to present the project entitled PORTAL on the four flag poles located at the front and the facade of Kunstnernes Hus. The flags are a sculptural cluster of woollen textile made by the artist for this particular occasion. On the flag ceremony on August 22nd, Gullesen held a performative speech about the "portal" between facade and content, between the modern and what we call a home.
