It is with great pleasure that Kunstnernes Hus opens its doors to the exhibition "Skimrande Våstkust" which was recently shown at Lilijevalchs Konsthall in Stockholm. The exhibition was put together at very short notice, and our initiative to show this lush display of color to a Norwegian audience has been met with exceptional goodwill from all quarters. Due to space constraints, the exhibition has been reduced somewhat in Oslo.

Kunstnernes Hus would like to extend its warm thanks to all private individuals and museums who have made works of art available; Gothenburg Museum of Art, Moderna Museet, Malmö Museum, Statens Museum for Kunst in Copenhagen and the National Gallery in Oslo. A special thank you to Bo Sarnstedt and his staff at Liljevalchs Konsthall, and to Nils Ryndel who has written the presentations of the individual artists.
