Art as Punishment

Agder Art Academy is an art school within Agder Prison that is based on experimentation and free thinking. The graduation exhibition at Kunstnernes Hus presents student works and artworks that have emerged from the encounters between students and invited guest teachers. Agder Art Academy is a collaboration between KORO (The Public Art Norway) and the Correctional Services.

DJ

Sverre Brand is a well-known regular from Oslo's nightclubs and Filter Musikk Oslo, Oslo's only record store run by DJs for DJs. He plays new releases from the store and other well-known and undiscovered gems within electronic music and more.

Podcast: VerkSted

In recent years, Kåre Magnus Bergh has used his visual arts background to lead the podcast "VerkSted", where he talks to artists about each others projects, which are either supported or produced by KORO. In the cinema, there will be a collective listening session to the recent special episode about the Agder Art Academy.
