Paul Klee

In 1958 there was an exhibition on a selection of works by Paul Klee at the Kunstnernes Hus in collaboration with Bergens Billedgalleri. The works were mostly lent from the Kunstmuseum Bern, through the initiative of museum director Max Huggler (1903–1994) who in exchange, were lent works by Edvard Munch for an exhibition in Bern.
The exhibition was in Bergens Billedgalleri in the period 27.09–02.11, and at the Kunstnernes Hus in the period 14.11–07.12.
