The exhibition with Alf Rolfsen lasting from 17 November to 11 December 1932 showed 99 works produced between 1916 and 1931. The works consisted of paintings, drawings, cartons and sketches. Alf Rolfsen is known as one of the most important artists in the Norwegian fresco era during the first half of the 20th century. The exhibition at Kunstnernes Hus included sketches of several frescoes, including sketches of his fresco in the Telegrafbygning in Oslo.
