Painting workshop during the fall break

For children ages 9-13
Avatarverksted

Join us for a creative workshop at Kunstnernes Hus during the fall break. Here we will explore painting in many forms and with many different materials, together with performing visual artists. The course is suitable for both beginners and children with some experience.

This will be two days filled with experimentation and playful art experiences!

About the workshop

Over two eventful days, participants will work with acrylic paint on substrates such as plexiglass, canvas and wood and experience how different materials provide new possibilities for expression. The children will try techniques that anyone can master – even without prior knowledge. They will explore their own personal expression and develop further if they already enjoy painting. We will also visit the Autumn Exhibition and be inspired by the inventive means of contemporary art.

Participants will take everything they create home with them. All materials are included in the course fee.
