Opening of the Autumn exhibition
For over 130 years, the Autumn Exhibition has shown the development in contemporary art and has been an inexhaustible source of discussion about artistic quality. It has rejected a lot of good art through the ages, but it has also let in experimental and controversial works that no other institution would have shown. For our public galleries, private collectors and museums, the exhibition is an annual source of new acquisitions.
Kunstnernes Hus has the pleasure of welcoming the 133rd edition of the Autumn exhibition, on the institution's 90th anniversary art exhibition, from September 19th to November 1st.
On the opening day, September 19th, the exhibition opens to the public at 14.30. More information on the Autumn Exhibition's website.
