About the position
We are looking for two dedicated and service-minded audience hosts to join our team. As a host, you are the face of the house when meeting with the audience, and are central to ensuring a positive experience for our visitors. The audience hosts report to the audience manager and work at the reception with sales, information and general audience-related tasks.
Tasks
- Operating the reception and providing information to visitors
- Ticket sales and sale of catalogues, books and other goods from our shop
- Opening and closing exhibitions and exhibition halls as well as security in the exhibitions
- Hosting duties during openings and other events
- Simple administrative tasks
- Ensure a good experience for the public and contribute to the promotion of exhibitions and events
Qualifications
- Studying or have an education in art or art communication
- Experience in customer service, reception work or similar roles preferred
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Service-minded, flexible and structured
- Responsible and proactive
- Comfortable with handling technical systems for ticket sales and retail
- Enjoy working both independently and in a team
