Puppet Theatre Workshop during Summer Break

Create magical sea stories with wool! Join our creative and playful workshop where children can create their own characters and stories inspired by marine life. Using wool as the main material, we explore exciting techniques such as felting, braiding, twisting and dyeing.
If you wish to participate all four days, please buy tickets for both June 23-24 and 25-26.

About the course
The children can work alone or together in small groups, and over two days they develop both characters and stories – which are finally performed for each other in a small performance.
The course is led by visual artists Mari Meen Halsøy and Annika Simonsson, and is linked to this summer's exhibition by Cecilia Vicuña: Minga for the Sea. "Minga" means volunteer work – and it is precisely community, creative joy and cooperation that are central these days.
