osloBIENNALEN FIRST EDITION 2019-2024 collaborates with several local and international institutions to develop new forms of art production and to influence cultural policy. A cooperation with Kunstnernes Hus in the season 2019-2020 connects the biennial's in-house film production unit with Kunstnernes Hus Kino, one of Norways most prominent venues for the discourse, programming and viewing of artist films and independent cinema. The collaboration between osloBIENNALEN and Kunstnernes Hus Kino includes world premieres, Norwegian premieres, as well as the development of public outreach events, including seminars and conversations with artists, filmmakers, and related practitioners.
