About the Plot council
The Plot council sets up the program for each semester, and is responsible for planning and marketing the events. This can be anything from curatorial tours, lectures, art cinema screenings to performances and artist talks. As a member of the council, you will also be able to work with social media, video editing, graphic design, marketing and recruitment of new members.
You don't need to have much experience or knowledge of contemporary art in order to participate - what we are looking for is motivation, commitment and good input and ideas that will make Plot/Oslo an exciting offer for young people interested in art!
The council meets approximately once a month, in addition to participating in the activities Plot/Oslo arranges.
The work is not paid, but gives you opportunities to have a determining influence on the cultural offer for young people, to build networks with renowned art institutions in Oslo, and last but not least make new friends who share your interest in contemporary art! The position gives you experience in organizing events, and you will receive a certificate for your efforts.
If you'd like to join the Plot council, please contact Plot coordinator Astrid Bøe Drejer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
