Cancelled! Tottori - Sommeren vi var alene
Unfortunately, this screening has been cancelled due to the new restrictions regarding infection control in Oslo.
One of the biggest successes this year was the children's film Tottori - sommeren vi var alene, a rare combination of a Norwegian independent film and a children's film classic! Welcome to the screening at Kunstnernes Hus Cinema.
"Poetic images, Hollywood-like stylistic devices and an unfailing belief in the adventurousness of life make Tottori - Sommeren vi var alene a Norwegian children's film classic."
- Einar Aarvig in Periskop
About the film
Tottori is about the sisters Vega (8) and Billie (4) who are on a mountain hike with their father when he falls into a rock crevice and gets injured. The girls must try to find the way back on their own to get help. On their journey, they face wild animals, big and small challenges, and must learn to tame their own fears.
