Our guides will give you insight into the current exhibitions, and afterwards you will have the opportunity to make unique Christmas cards in our collage workshop, with all materials included. No prior knowledge needed.

About the exhibitions
The exhibitions of the season will open on Friday 7 November. You can choose if you want the tour to focus on one of the exhibitions or give an introduction to all three.
Pauline - Stian Grøgaard | Nedre sal | 07.11.25-11.01.26
Stian Grøgaard (1956-2021) is known as a leading professor who introduced theory and philosophy to art education in Oslo, and as a writer. Less well known, however, is his artistic practice. The exhibition, curated in collaboration with author and artist Matias Faldbakken, will show a selection of paintings and drawings that highlight two signature tendencies in Grøgaard's artistic production: repeated depictions of his grandmother Pauline and in-depth studies of art historical figures.
Stian Ådlandsvik - Die Pleite | Overlys | 07.11.-21.12.25
Through sculptural interventions, Die Pleite draws on the logic and ethics of bankruptcy estates to open a dialogue with the history and architecture of Kunstnernes Hus. The exhibition explores the tensions between what is valued and what is left over; ideas of freedom confront the modern project's need for categorization and systematization.
Helle Siljeholm & Ingri Fiksdal - Hjemsøkt hus | Overlys | 07.11.-21.12.25
Haunted House is an exhibition by artists and choreographers Helle Siljeholm and Ingri Fiksdal, inspired by the nearly century-long history of Kunstnernes Hus.
